These terms and conditions apply to all orders and services from HorKoning. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Products and Services
HorKoning provides custom-made screens and related services:
- All products are custom-made according to your specifications
- We only use high-quality materials
- Professional installation available
- 2 year warranty on all products
Orders
When placing an order, the following conditions apply:
- Customer is responsible for accurate measurements
- Confirmation sent by email
- Processing time 7-10 working days
- Tracking information provided
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is transparent and fair:
- All prices include VAT
- No hidden costs
- Shipping costs clearly stated
- VAT included in all prices
Payment
We accept several payment methods:
- All payments are processed securely
- iDEAL and Klarna available
- Payment confirmation sent immediately
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation are arranged as follows:
- Delivery time 7-10 working days
- We deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Contact in advance for appointment
- Installation scheduled separately
Warranty
We offer comprehensive warranty on our products:
- 2 year warranty on all products
- Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects
- Normal wear and misuse excluded
- Warranty claims via customer service
Refund and return policy
Custom-made, carefully crafted especially for you
At Horrenwereld, we make each product to measure – exactly according to the dimensions and specifications you provide yourself. Whether it's an insert screen, a pleated door screen or a curtain screen: your order is produced especially for your situation. No stock, no standard sizes, but custom work. And we're proud of that.
That's why returning is unfortunately not easily possible
Because your product is made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot take it back if you regret your choice, would have wanted to order a different color or made a mistake when measuring. We hope for your understanding: we can no longer sell the product to someone else. This is also legally established. Custom work falls outside the legal right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p sub f of the Civil Code).
When is returning possible?
Of course, there are situations where returning or refunding is appropriate. For example:
- You have received a damaged product
- The product clearly differs from what you ordered
- There is force majeure (for example delay or an error on our part)
In that case, we naturally ensure an appropriate solution: free repair, replacement or refund – whatever is necessary. Because satisfied customers are what matters most to us.

Liability
HorKoning is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage resulting from the use of our products.
